Strange light problem???

Found a strange problem with my GS headlights.

When ignition is on so I can switch hi-beam on even the engine is not running. Bike is -11 model and app 5000miles on the clock. Strange thing, has anybody had any similar problems??

Works both ways on the pass/flash and "normal" hi beam...

It's not a problem. Only the dipped headlight is controlled by the engine start.

Headlight comes on if you push the bike with ignition on as well!

BMW think of everything, they know your even going to have to push it home in the dark.

And you can turn off the dipped beam with the engine running by holding down the indicator cancel button for 3 secs and then the right indicator button for a further 3 seconds. It comes on if you move though and turn any other lights on which are canbus driven.
