Strange swirl on my tyre.

Whilst cleaning my bike yesterday I notice the strange swirl in between the tread. Bridgestone with 600miles on them. The bike is going in for its first service on Friday so I'll mention it. Thought I would ask on here and see if anyone else has noticed this.

Just looks like paint marking from manufacturing, as it appears the same colour as the straight line on the centre area.

Agree with DJ, looks like a paint swirl. Would probably fail Bridgestone quality control though so if you email them they might off to replace it.

Looking at a photo of another pair for sale it looks like the swirl is there by design actually.

Coloured bands on the tyre are put there by the manufacturer, it's there to show what size the tyre is when stacked in the warehouse.

Thats just paint from factory marking, each tyre has colour codes, markings etc for manufacture date and batch for easy warehouse identification.
