I would like to fit the HD Bullet camera, now i have the 12 volt supply and transformer fixed.

The problem is that Im heading to Spain and France on Friday so don't want risk not being able to re-assemble after stripping.

The bullet bit will be on the LHS and the cable routing behind the panels on the same side. Can anyone advise how much stuff i need to remove to get underneath the pretend fuel tank etc and am I likely to find a route through with space to coil up the excess cable ?

Thanks

Dead easy

Remove the centre fuel tank strip first 3 screws up near the yolk and four at the base near the saddle, watch out each of the screws collars are different, with this off plus maybe undoing the odd side panel screw (you will see with the centre strip removed) lots of wiring space taking you from yolk to battery. From the top of the tank you can route down either side as far as you like, up to the beak.

There are also some plastic 'pegs' that keep the strip in place near the fuel filler cap. You have to just pull up on the strip to free them.

Thanks chaps, tonight's the night then, unless I can sneak, out from work early !

Job done last night, managed to remove the top centre section and fit the cabling, it worked for 1 min 19 then stopped, maybe a loose wire or a software issue.
