Well if you can’t handle it get an RT, all the weight is low down and the the bike is lower. Or get something that you can manage, watched an Dude the other day dismount a Tiger...funniest shit I have seen in long time.
The R1250R in the picture belongs to a gentleman who is around 27” inside leg. He has a screen and panniers and went touring on the bike for over 2000 miles. Massively underrated bike...I am getting one.
I can handle it....someone sub 9 stone as tiny as that lass in that video would think differently if trying the same loaded up with a pillion. That's an accident in the making. The 1200 Tiger may be lighter than a GSA but having owned one, I can tell you it feels like a small planet just hauling one off the sidestand. Ridiculously top heavy.
The R1250R is a fantastic bike (changed my mind about the MT10 being the best fun bike about) and no doubt can tour brilliantly but perhaps without the same comfort or load capability of a GSA.
