Whats the easyest way to tell if your rear disk is warped???

I can feel the brakes application adjusting as im dragging my back brake as if I were slightly taking my foot off and re applying it again, but ive barely had the bike a month from the dealer and im sure they would have checked for this.

Maybe its a GS quirk that im not aware of...

Thats the symptoms that would show up if it was warped or out of parallel.
The only way really to make sure is to check it with a dial test indicator for axial runout on both sides of the disc.
You could also check the disc thickness with a micrometer at various places. This would show up any variation in thickness but wouldnt tell you if the disc is warped

Look at it from the rear of the bike while rotating the wheel.

Exactly - if you're not sure - hold the end of a biro against it still, and then spin the wheel.
