Mine is also doing a stumble misfire worse when hot. However I know it's running slightly rich (d/t Power Commander) so check the plug colours and O2 sensor signals
Also be sure the clips on intake rubbers are tight enough.

A moment of madness caused it all lol.

Went to see the friendly service manager at the local dealer today explained the symptoms and what I had tried so far, he says try crank sensor or TPS as they have been known to fail and not show up on diagnostics/gs911 etc. I have the crank sensor of the original engine so will try that and borrow a TPs off a mates bike and report back.

Fingers crossed

Its looking promising,

I replaced the TPS with a known good one and went for a long ride, swapped it back and forth with the original and each time the misfire/stumble returned and went.

Ill be one happy man if its cured
