Well Friday certainly was anyway, and hot too.

James was calling through so we had a spin out round the countryside whilst the nation toiled.

Up over Kepwick Moor there was still the 'odd' puddle for a splash....different to BH Monday with JBs ride when there was scarse a dry spot! Shows how dry it is, Mondays rain has all but been absorbed

Next down towards Rievaulx on way to Ryeburn in Helmsley for the best of ice-creams

Around Bransdale noting the plethora of no entry signs littering this remote dale before taking the trail up onto Ruddland Rigg in glorious conditions (and people free)

Hey up funnily enough I was on Bev's F650 that I just removed the Kouba link from, but it'll be going back on again for Bev soon.
Thought of you as I was 'de-lowering' it - link still going strong.

Thanks for the reminder of Ruddland Rigg.. Great to see the ol' sunny Yorkshire countryside.. you'll be pleased to hear its hailing here...

Funny how he said he didn't have enough room on the bike to bring a piece of Bev's cake back..???
