OK - now I may get "shot" for this but the Adv isn't the right basis for a Supermoto - the big tank throws it off balance. Supermoto concept is, as your other helpful critics have indicated, a "stripped down" look.
As the Irishman said to the lost tourist, I wouldn't start from here unless you're prepare to butcher your nice Adv.
Right, here we go ..................
1. Swap for smaller standard GS tank if possible, or better still, buy a GS stabdard tank and get it sprayed matt black or a 2-tone silver.
2. Go for a single black seat. Lose that bloody awful Adv seat.
3. Lose those wheels ......... or respray in black.... what the hell were you thinking.
4. keep the beak.
5. Put the black cylinder heads on ......... but strictly no crashbars.
6. Remove silver front plate, spray black and replace.
7. Get one of those funky German GS screen plates or a cut down screen in black or smoke.
......... complete with a 300 word essay by Sunday and lets review when you've done.
