Hi guys,
This has probably been discussed numerous times,
I have play in my rear wheel and it’s caused by the failure of a tapered bearing.
Quite common apparently,

Are these expensive to buy and have fitted?

I have a 2011 GSA.
Can’t seem to add a picture, but it’s a pivot point on the rear hub, if that helps.

Thanks in advance.

I might be wrong, but play at the wheel could also be the rear wheel hub

How are you checking for this ""play""

What month of manufacture is your 2011

If you mean the FD knuckle bearings, one is a plain roller bearing and one is a needle roller bearing with trunnion pin and felt sealing washer.

The swing arms are taper rollers and need preloading with a special socket available from Laser tools.

None of them are silly money to replace, it’s an easy job for a home mechanic.
