System 5 Chin strap torn

Has anyone else had this happen? I thought it looked a bit weak when I bought it. Even though the helmet is just over a year old I've hardly worn it, only for touring. To say I'm pretty disappointed with this helmet would be an understatement.

Probably

not the chin strap itself but the lining of the cheek pad over the chin strap. It's a known fault and covered under warranty at your dealer.

Yes it's the cover Sherpa, nothing structural at least. Good to see it's a warranty item

Yeah - mines done the same! I'll pop it into the dealer then and get it repaired.
