8 oz bashed tatties
2oz plain flour
butter
milk salt
Mix yer bashed tatties with the butter and milk, season with the salt then mix in the flour to make a nice dough that isn't too dry to make in to a ball with your hands.
Roll out on a floured surface to tattie scone thickness.
Cook in a dry, non stick, big ****-off frying pan until they look like tattie scones.
Cram down yer neck while still warm and dripping in butter
