A shout out for Tayna if I may.
Bought a Motobat battery for the awesome steed from them almost two years ago and recently it could not hold a charge.
It was still 1 month left on its two year guarantee so I contacted Tayna and they immediately sent a replacement asking me to return the old battery in the packaging the new one arrived in.
They tested the old battery and immediately refunded the cost of the replacement and post/packaging cost with no quibble whatsoever.
I know it was still under warranty but a lot of companies would have tried their best to get out of this.
A great service and highly recommended.

I have bought a few batteries from Tanya, both for my own and fleet bikes. They have been a good company to deal with.

In my experience you were lucky to get that out of a Motobatt, two failed just after their 1 year warranty ended , third one was only 20 months old and was a newer one with a 2 year warranty but as I was not the original purchaser (it was on a r1150gs I bought and came with the receipt .... not from Tayna) .
The original supplier contacted the importer and they would not honour the warranty as I was not the purchaser , so no more yellow pieces of sh*t batteries for me ..
I will happily add that the dealings I have had with Tayna over the years have all been excellent.

Think I read there was an issue with Motobat battery manufacturing. Apparently it was sorted and now they seem to be ok. Mine have been ok for oldest is 2 years and still going strong

I had a duff Motobatt AGM from Tanya, they said I should send it back for testing at my own expense. I binned it, thought it not worth fecking about. I wish now that I had returned it for testing.

I’ve bought loads of batteries from them, they aren’t the cheapest but they do have good service with next day delivery.

Just replaced the 760A Bosch stop/start battery on the wife’s car last week from them.

Two or three dealers I know in the trade stopped stocking Motobatts because of the high number of failure rates their customers were having

I have read, that Motobat have sorted their production out, who knows :)

Great service and brilliant when you make a mistake as I did with the car. Replaced even up to western isles for only a few quid.

Brilliant guys, just bought a new battery for the GS also..
