I went for a ride out to Top Gear on Wednesday and they did have 1 pair of 8's in stock.
However, I am so used to doing my boot up on the inside of my leg rather than the outside that I could not get on with the TCX. Just on this I decided not to buy. However, the boot seems really well made.

I popped into the place in Stevenage yesterday to try on a pair but they didn't have any size 47's in. A call to the importer advised that they are not expecting any in that size until the end of April.

Apparently, TopGear Superstores bought all the remaining UK stock of these boots recently so nobody else really has any apart from them.
I am sure that once you find what size you want then call TGS and they should sell to you at £145. However, be aware that prices in general are going up so get in touch with them fast to agree a price now for stock in April.

On another note, I am in discussions with them to get us at least a 10% discount from Top Gear Superstores. I am pushing for 15% but expect to get 10%. Once I have this confirmed then I will post the discount code within the Discount section. However, it is still cheaper to get these boots for £145 then to get 10% off their wesite price of £168.
