If you are placing an order from the factory, you have a choice of seats (standard, low or high) at no extra cost, you choose the colors of the seats and side panels, as well as the main color, no extra cost and you choose to have spoke wheels which cost extra. At least, that's how they do business in Canada. I've ordered mine with the low seat, which is height adjustable in the front and the back of the seat, but I have already ordered a custom fitted seat, which takes my inseam, hips width and weight into consideration. A factory seat will never be as comfortable as a custom tailored seat which cost me US$339 from www.rickmayercycle.com
