Some polishing and trimming left to do. Used plastic
"heat gun glue" to stop the front screen mounting holders from vibrating.

Let me help

I guess irony and a joke is not everyone's strong suit! :blast
I will have to cut the screen at least 5 cm more.

I have 4 no turbulence bikes and one with turbulense. But not for long.

Runeo,

Interested in knowing what the best way of cutting the screen is. Was thinking of hacksaw but, as my wife will vouch, I am not a great DIYer and I can see that idea ending in a cracked mess.

You can use almost anything to cut the screen. I use a dremel 300J tool.
But you can use almost any type of saw! Absolutely no problem with cracking.

End of the story. No turbulence close to the helmet. Just clean steady air.
White noise and no rumble! :beerjug:

Haven´t cleand away the mosquitos from the lamps! :)

Best place where to transport new tires on a F800S, when that one got new tires 30 minutes ago. :) Picture 3 years old but I love it. Took it myself with my phone.

You need a 1200GS then. Just the job for carrying large objects…:thumb

Best give the thermal lance a miss then. :D
You could try Dremel with mini disc and finish with a file. Or even leave alone, and save on buying a new standard replacement screen.:thumb
