well......i live near newcastle upon tyne.......buy my bikes from rainbow motorcycles...280 mile round trip when they get serviced...and worth every mile i can tell you.....great dealer ..staff great to talk to..and in all a good day out free coffee and bikkies ....a good crowd gathering on a saturday.....and i almost forgot the price i pay for the service....excellent......

I agree - I had a problem last year with my bike but the Rainbow lads kept at it until they got it sorted. They never once got excited by my constant bothering them - in fact were more worried about the stress the problem was causing me.
I was offered a spare bike by Shaun for use if i needed it but never did at the time.
They were fantastic and even though I have thought about leaving the BMW fold I have to say that it is the dealer that has kept me at BMW. Also just bought a System VI helmet which seems pretty decent value.

A no bullshit dealer that gets the business cos they do the business.
