My 4 year old asked me to remove my l.h. tank panel so that he could see what was underneath - he had already helpfully undone the two quarter turn fasteners.
When I removed the panel I saw that the front petrol tank mounting screw was very loose. I removed the r.h. panel and the same screw and washer on that side fell out onto the ground.
Didn't see any loctite on the screws - might be worth checking & adding some.
