Good to hear that those 'two' brands are doing well in 'you're' area Nutty. Long may it continue!

It's not common knowledge in any of the dealerships that I frequent
In fact. One of those very dealers has just taken on a second driver/valeter. Bought another new delivery van and employed a fourth technician
And all this done as we sail toward winter time
That doesn't strike me as an industry or dealership on it's knees![]()
FFS! How utterly ridiculous. Do you expect the dealer to know how far you've travelled when you walk through the glass door?
Maybe we should all book our bikes for services at dealers at the "other" end of the country,in the hope of getting a tremendous discount?
Oh sorry, I genuinely hadn't heard that one dealership had taken on one new driver and one new technician...I feel such a fool and totally see your point on how this changes everything.
Not at all, Santa-2512 the dealer would have been better off, as they could have got the work and claimed most back under warranty, and then easier to sell with all new parts etc. In fact Dealer lost out
I wish my Ducati Dealer would take on new staff, I have bought 3 new ducats's off them, over last 5 years, for my last one, servicing costs doubled, warranty work on engine that was not urgent they refused to do until winter, so a 4 month wait. Their attitude stinks now, all because they are selling more new bikes and have no interest in older customers, ironic though I will never use or buy another bike from them ever.
