I’ve been looking at these for a while now, gathering as much information as I can. I’ve been through all the Nav5/6 units and the connect cradle. I haven’t tried the connected app yet.
I now use my iPhone pro max and a WunderLINQ, it works well but even with a newish iPhone I struggle to read it in bright sunlight.
So what I need is a system that utilises the wonder wheel, can be clearly read in bright sunlight, can run OSMand for off road use and scenic app for road. Not interested in cameras. Must be robust. I know the connect app doesn’t do off road so I suppose that one is ruled out.

Hi cannot comment on the Chigee other than it appears to be expensive compared to a discounted Carpuride, I have Carpuride since the came on the market, now with the 702 BS on a 1300, have an iPhone and Sena SRL. Use a combination of MRA for route planning and application, Google maps for day to day journeys, listen to live radio or my own file of music on my phone.
Yes it has Wonderwheel application but I rarely use it as touch screen is quicker. There are numerous things on U tube on how to set it up but the best option Phone to unit as CarPlay, Sena (comms) to phone, that assures seamless connection and better audio. As said earlier have Sena Comms and use the Sena RC4 remote control for volume control, bar mounted.
If you make the Carpuride choice, do not buy from anywhere but Carpuride direct, email their customer service and ask random Questions to show interest fairly certain the will answer as well as a discount code if you decide to order. Good luck

I've got both Carpuride W702BS and Chigee AIO-6 and both are excellent. If I could only have one it would probably be the Chigee because it has buttons as well and touch-sensitive and not all my gloves are that good with touch-screens! That said, the extra inch on the Carpuride makes a difference.

I emailed carpuride today and asked about having all the bike data available on the screen as my bike doesn’t have tft. This was their reply

Dear customer,

Yes, without a TFT screen, it may not be possible to display complete and accurate motorcycle information.

Sincerely,
Carpuride Team

Watched a few YouTube videos now with people fitting these units to non tft bikes and it seems they do display bike info, well enough info for my needs. Just a decision now as there seems to be a new CarPlay BMW wheel working system out every other day.
