I like the look of it, but hear that its a bit higher, although slimmer. But the price puts me off:eek:

I have one fitted, Simple reason, I like it and they had it in stock, sooo I could try it before i bought it,
I dont need a pillion seat, and was going to use the standard seat and the luggage grid, like i say it was in stock, and comes with a luggage grill,

It is about 20 m/m higher but to be honest I havnt noticed it, it's slightly harder, I have it set on high at the front, I'm 31 inside leg, I am thinking of having it recovered ,change white to red, and I may get a Gel pad fitted,

Oh and I fitted the TT 15m/m risers too,:D

Ive done 1,800 miles, and 1,100 on this seat and I'm very happy with it, the quality is first class,

How much is it out of interest? Looks like it doesn't fill the complete length so I guess has some sort of blanking plate for the rear section?

Hmm, expensive and looks like the luggage grid gives you a smallish section recessed between the grab bars.

Thanks for that. Like the idea of dumping the grab handles too so it's easier to strap an ortlieb bag on the back. Price is ok (when compared to the usual Beemer options)

Hi ya Count,

Yes it has a small luggage grid behind,

I paid £224-90 Complete

Not as much as I thought. Why don't you take off the rear pegs and grab handles, to complete the look?:thumb

And add an Akrapovic:green gri

Hi Nutty, I find the grab handles very useful when i'm manoeuvring the bike around, :rob

But the Akrapovic may be, shortly :D

The rear pegs, Mmm thought about it, but if I need to pick up a mate, say a breakdown, he won't have much to sit on :blast but at least he'll have somewhere to stick his feet :thumb

In order:

1. Haven't you found reverse gear in Computer Pro yet?
2. Do it:D
3. Tell the fecker to walk:rob:D:beerjug:

that seat does look cool and in the best colour, i like the super moto look :thumb..think i might treat myself

My dealer is fitting one of these to their demo bike this week, so I'll give it a try. They are in stock in the UK (unlike most accessories:rolleyes:) so if I like it, and get a good deal, can get one fairly quickly.

How comfortable is it if you're riding all day though?

It may well be the same seat as they'll put on the Adv version.....
Usually, it's not long before someone with an ADV wants to swap their single seat for a dual setup, so unless you really want it soon, you might end up being able to get a straight swap in 6 months time :thumb

Most i've done on the seat was 75 Miles at one go :rob

Must admit I was ready to get off and have a walk around :D

I may just get a gel insert fitted :thumby:

Just bought one of these, after trying it for a couple of hours. Although they say its higher, I didn't notice any difference.:nenau It may be slightly narrower.:thumb No comfort issues, but I'll spend all day on it tomorrow, so will report if its uncomfortable.:comfort:D

Pictures to follow tomorrow out and about, rather than more pictures of it in my garage.:augie:D:beerjug:

Money just burns a hole in your pocket doesn't it .... :D
