Just getting set up

You must have put in coolant of incorrect viscosity.....so, which coolant is best and where can I buy it?
I just don't get WMB, this is a well known issue and yet they carry on with the same flawed design - what's their problem

I've just looked at my bike and mine must have fallen off!!!![]()

IF the heads and barrels are cooled by two separate rads which are higher up ( it would be hard to find anywhere lower down to mount them) there should be no need for a pump/s as gravity should do the job. And before anyone says that there is a oil pump that is a different system. The oil pump is to provide pressure as it's primary function. JJH

What utter rubbish.
If the watercooled GS doesn't have a waterpump i'll shave off all my body hair and eat it.

A little bit strong. RUBBISH? Feasible and used by many manufactures over the years. Not lately but how many bikes could it be used on? The boxer is ideal so is the wing but that is a Honda and when did they leave something out if they could use 2 or 3? JJH

BMW K series bikes. Do they or do they not have a water pump despite having all your "pumpless" qualifications.
They use a combined water/oil pump.
There might be a circulation issue with the k but with 1 cillinder and head it could work. I expect there to be impeller my self but I think the subject is worthy of debate JJH
