I can't believe the prices of screens - i mean - you get a sheet of 4mm polycarbonate - CNC route a few screens out of it - CNC a mould tool out of laminated MDF, send the lot off to Vacuum formers and wait for them to come back perfectly shaped.

I'm in the wrong business - there's no money in F1

Now that was ugly... must have been owned by a Belgium

Blimey, he's got that dreadfully wrong. I'll have to send him an updated set of instructions. I told him clearly to fit the Tobinators to the rear luggage rack and invert the screen for the best effect.
