Went for a great ride yesterday with a couple of mates, South Yorks & Lincs threw their best mud all over bike despite never goin off road (farmers can't help it - gotta at least try to make a livin') Crackin day out, but today thought better clean the b****r, particularly as there was load of salt about & no chance of another ride for a couple of weeks due to work committments
Tried for the first time the Hein Grericke motorcycle cleaner, absolutely superb, much better & cheaper than the Autoglym stuff that I used to rate. But one problem, as bike looked so good decided I'd just give it a quick polish - hmm cleaning job was started at midday & only just finished now, did have a break for some snap mind you.
Even worse I was so chuffed with the results I even stood there with a beer (Young's Old Nick 7.2% abv & gorgeous) & just admired my handywork for 10 mins or so - so am I a closet Harley dreamer
just aching for all that chrome to polish & admire
.
Am I fek - roll on the next ride out on that fantastic GSA

So if anyone's reading this & thinking "to GS or not GS" get out there & buy one they're fantastic.
