Throttle Cable Routing

I got 2 new cables from M/W -
both are part No 828 = 1178mm long and is for the RHS.
The LHS cable = 1143 long but M/W supply 2 of the longer ones.
Has anyone found a probelm with this?
Is the routing to the LHS using the longer by 35mm cable causing any difficulty?
Anyone got any routing photos?

I've fitted the 2 longer cables and tickover has not settled down
Carbs balanced OK

On my 88 R100GS I too have different length throttle cables. Same length gave lots of play, as did almost the correct length ones.

Motobins supplied 2 equal length, Siebenrock the just too long, Motorworks the right ones.

I aint super sure but I think the cables have nothing to do with tickover
to set the tickover the cables should be as slack as owt and tickover is balanced with the hex slotted screw which stops the cam returning fully
