No idea what happened to the colour of my coffee. I had the florescent lights on and the garage door open. some of the reflection on the engine has the same hue to it.

The hacksaw blade was used to scrape the powder coating off the gasket faces after I'd painted paint stripper on, its actually laying on the bench just behind the engine.

A little more progress

Took the frame into my usual powder coaters only to find they don't blast frames any more. Fortunately a blast company I last used 30 years ago is still in business (http://aldebypaintingleicester.co.uk/) and were able to blast the frame and subframe while I waited.

Then back to the powder coaters to get them in primer this afternoon.
