To ESA or to not ESA? Buying Advice needed

I fitted Remus headers (it's an SC) initially with the standard chrome skinned silencer. The noise was considerably louder now the catalyst was gone but I had more power everywhere especially mid range. It wasn't the noise making me think it was faster I always use ear plugs.
I always wanted a blingy stacked twin silencer exhaust so when an Akraprovic Ti system came up used - I grabbed it. That was a complete system so I sold the Remus headers. Performance was up again but noticeably more at the top end. Remus is supposed to be top endy but there we are.
Next mod was a Power Commander V. It was already set up for an Akra exhaust and sure enough it worked. Power torque mid range drivability were all much improved. However it's an open loop setup so any changes need the PC map resetting or a dyno run. I pulled out the baffles as it ran rich and it's been there ever since. TBH noise is only an issue when I wind it up which I never do in town so I'm not too fussed.
I will go to the AF-XIEDs but cash is still an issue so for now the PCV stays put.

BTW, the PCV reduced vibration at the notorious 4000-5000 revs black hole but I still want less (vibration). It also improved handling and made the bike feel lighter. Power exactly when needed and useful pull at 2000 revs.

Sent somehow.

Mine's still stock but a "Hilltop" equivalent, if I can get one nearer home, sounds like a plan!

Worth it. According to Geoff at Hilltop the remapped TC gives very similar power to a standard LC. Best £350 I spent on any bike, and none of my bikes stay standard for long.
