The sun was shining and the sky was blue..................so after a bit of stuff to tidy up for work...................it was out on the bike, for one of the first rides of the year.................the joys of self employment
I decided not to venture too far from home and headed from Thirsk, up over towards Hawnby, lunch in Helmsley (a few bikes out)..............then over the NY Moors to Rosedale and a short loop back through Lastingham and Hutton Le Hole and back down Sutton Bank...............only 75 miles, but it felt really good
Interesting Village Hall in Felixkirk
Cracking Quintessential English Villages
Kinda of Scottish Architecture...............in Yorkshire
Winter Tree
2 Views of Bilsdale moor, taken from high above Hawnby
Hutton Le Hole....................one of my favourite Yorkshire Villages
Views of the North Yorkshire Moors
Chimney Bank and views of Rosedale
Still some of Winter's snow, up there and a bit of heather burning going on, for Spring
