Thanks for the info just gotta pluck up the courage to go back on her now to check what the fault is, is there a way to check the clutch like in a car with hand brake on 2nd gear and try to pull away or is it just a case of getting on and looking at revs compared to speed to see if revs go up with out speed increasing.
If i can describe the feeling a little better, I was doing just on 90 on a straight with the bike up right and she snatched from the back end it was very quick as if something had grabbed the back end i could not work out if it was the limiter comming in in an 1150 agricultural way or what I instantly looked down at the revs to see she was well up close to max but as I had cacked me self the speed was falling pretty quick with the revs
Waiting for the roads to warm up a little and I will go out for some gentle riding to see if I can source the fault (rider or bike)
