Topaz "GPI files???"

Any ideas?? tried to down-load "FREE"Topaz petrol stations in Ireland from Garmin site, I can only get so far because it appears that my p.c. does not have any gpi files............ what are gpi files. Any suggestions

They a Garmin Point of Interest files. You need to place them in the POI folder directly on your Zumo

I don't think you can open them up in MapSource without converting the file to a different format.
