Torque setting for disk bolts?

As the it says above has anyone got their manual to hand as doing a wheel swap for cross spokes on my 12GS tommorow and will need to swap my disks, and the only torque settings I have not got are the disk bolts.

Tightening torques

Brake disc to front wheel, M8 x 20, Replace screws

Initial torque, 12 Nm

Final torque, 24 Nm

Rear

Brake disc to wheel carrier, M8 x 15.5, Replace screws

Initial torque, 12 Nm

Final torque, 30 Nm
