Torque Settings

About to fit new headers when they arrive in the post , can anyone tell me the torque settings of the bolts that fix the headers to the cylinders please? Also are the 02 sensors tightend to any specific torque?

Oxygen Sensors 45Nm (seems a lot, but that's the setting from the manual)
