Torque settings

Can anyone tell me the torque settings for the 3 torx bolts on lower rocker support arm. Eagerly awaiting reply.

on the font of all wisdom steptoe recommends 9nm.Jim von baden says 20nm.whos'e right.Huge discrepancy.
