Torque Values????

Hi Guys,

Just purchased from NN a set of handlebar Radius Risers for my R1200GS year 2009.

Can anyone help me please with the Torque Values for the 10mm hex head bolt to secure riser to top folk yoke, & the 8mm torx bolts for the BMW handlebar clamps.

Do I need to add a little Loctite thread sealing compound to each bolt?
