Hi All,

I have been told two different answers from two different dealers ( one yes and one no ) so I guess I better now ask the experts

Will the plastic cylinder guards off an 08GS fit on an 09GSA.

can't see why not. fixing configeration on cylinder should be the same

You would have to remove the aluminium guards from the GSA's cyl heads first

I took the plastic guards off my 08GS when i got home from work ready to install them onto my new GSA that arrives on Saturday( i prefer the black plastics ones )

The guards have scratched the heads quite deeply, the bike is only 10 months old and has never been droped, so ive had to put them back on , i knew i wouldnt be able to get one over the dealer......
