Tour de France

Remco reminding two of the other top boys that he is on form. Impressive stuff. (Great win for Vauquelin)

Roglic is 21seconds down...with 3000+ km to go. He's still in with a shout

Wow, what a cracking Stage today...and the stunning scenery. :bow Just fantastic. Great, informative commentary too from David Millar who, when he first started a few years ago, had a flat voice that could send you to sleep. I thought he was dreadful to start with but I think he really has come on leaps and bounds. I still miss Phil Lidget though.

fantastic break yesterday from Pog, made a big time margin, obviously he now Vinnegard would be a lot less confident descending after his early season crash. great stage

My missus and I like DM as he is very incisive on team tactics. He will explain why the peloton wont react or will react to breakaways etc. If you compare him to Sean Kelly on Eurosport who tells you things like. “ as they go up hill it will get harder”. No disrespect to SK he is a cycling legend for his achievements, but not as a commentator.

Agree we are in for a good tour. Vingergard despite his speed of response was well and truly put in his place by Pog yesterday. Also where is Wout Van Aert, in the Jumbo Visma team of last year he was moving up and down the lead group creating opportunities. This year he is notable by his absence

Egan Bernal (2019 TdF winner) and Carlos Rodriguez...hedging their bets.
Rodrigeuz won the Tour de Romandie and 4th in the Criterium de Dauphine earlier this year. Bernal is getting back in form after a bad crash 2 yrs ago.
