I have been installing my speakers in my Tour X.
Is it just me or are the ear cut outs in the lining way too far back for the speakers. I have had to mount them much further forward on the padding behind the cover to het decent sound volume with my earplugs in. Might have to trim a wee recess for them out of the foam.
Anyone else experience this?

cheers

Yes I have, I have a sena smh10 and ended up buying some double sided tape and padding the speaker out a bit it's fine now!

Hi Fitted Autocom in my Tour X 3 the other week. I found a similar problem and just trimmed some cutouts in the foam to position ear speakers better.
Not only louder etc but also more comfortable. My theory being that Arai cheek pads are replaceable and not a lot of money so no lasting harm done.
