Tourance Question

Phoned a dealer t'other day for a quote for a new rear Tourance. His book listed two types (same size) - Tourance 'A' or Tourance 'Tiger'. (Type 'A' was slightly more expensive.) I assume the latter to be an OE fit for the Trumpet, perhaps? Anyone shed any further light on this?? Would I be correct in ordering Type 'A'?

The Trumph has a higher speed rating!

(I think that it's also supposed to be tubed as BMW won't sell Triumph a licence to use the rim-edge spoke wheel design).

the last rear Tourance I had on my Adv was a V rated one (which is what I assume the 'Tiger' version is). I bought it in Aug 02 during the last bad Tourance drought, when it was the only one I could get. I noticed no difference in the handling/wear etc (got just over 8k out of it). I'd buy whichever was cheaper - I've got an R rated one on at the moment....
