Touratech 660 mount and BMW GPS Bar Help

Very annoying but after purchasing a BMW GPS Bar for my GS and to install the Touratech Zumo 660 bracket I have found that the diameter of the BMW bar is 16-18mm and the brackets for the Touratech fit their own 12mm bar. Before I take the drill to the bracket or exchange the bar or rummage through B&Q has anyone had this problem? It looks like you can mount the RAM bracket but that kinda defeats the whole point of the exercise.

Spoke with TT. They don't have brackets to the fit the BMW bar. Rather than drill and lurk around B&Q I just ordered TT bar to fit the bracket. So for those that have the BMW bar and ordering a TT bracket they don't fit!

Cookie, did you get this mounted? I had the same issue, and bought the TT bat, and mounted this on the screen cross brace, where is vibrates like a ba**ard. I wanted the TT mount as it's lockable, but I also find it's a fiddle to get the key in to lock unlock.

Any satisfactory solutions out there for mounting the Nav IV with the TT lockable mount on a GSA?
