The Touratech UK bill came to £819.55
The exact same parts from .de came to €913.00
Taking into consideration a typical £/€ rate of 1:1.24 respectively that makes the direct de cost ~£730.
Those rates are atypical of most high street providers (at least according to my 3 minute web trawl!!)...
For those of you reading this late at night or early in the morning or you have something heavy in your hands preventing you from using your fingers,

that's a delta of circa
£89
Thus far I've not had the pleasure of experiencing the (apparently patchy) customer service from Touratech UK. I feel just like the rest of you inasmuch that I do NOT enjoy paying more for a product just because of my geographical location (post costs aside).
However, I must also admit that TT stuff is some of the best out there.
Personally, I'll be having a conversation with a good friend of mine who lives in Germany!!!
As a footnote, didn't all this sh!t happen a few years back with cars???!?
I'd love to see de back down but then again we probably wouldn't see Nick Plumb racing again!!
