Parts for the new GS are now on their website. Wish I hadn't looked now![]()
) as it seems a bit naughty for TT to have got pre-release '13 WC GSs to measure up and so they can have expensive bits of farkles ready to sell on its launch

The tall screen is £205, eeks. They certainly know how to price.

Had a peek at the rad guards........pissed off (but not surprised TBH) that on the flagship 'adventure tourer', such a thing isn't in-built.
Really like the 'Expedition' sump guard....that looks dead cool, I must admit....
The extended crash bars that go over the radiator and rad protector wing thingies look good too......very GSA looking already
I reckon with a good set of protectors like those, all they'd have to do is find somewhere for another 10 litres of petrol and it's a GSA
I have to wonder how much of a kick-back there is between TT and BMW......I hope Rugged Roads take TT to court for anti-competition practices (oh hold on, that's only Merica isn't it) as it seems a bit naughty for TT to have got pre-release '13 WC GSs to measure up and so they can have expensive bits of farkles ready to sell on its launch

Up to just over £400 just on some protection bits, bar risers, and a beak coverDoes anyone know if we can get a discount as members here?
If not, I'll have a rethink

Has anyone ever got a discount?
Is this Touratech stuff sold thru' other distributors as that is probably the route to a deal?
It is costly stuff and in some products seems over engineered but that is not necessarily a bad approach but not needed by road biased GS's
Any views on Touratech product and value for money?
Think of buying Touratech bits like this; you don't own the TT bits you are merely renting them, at some point you will sell the bike and rob it of it's bling in order to recoup some of the money you've splurged on the new one, at this point the TT stuff will easily command 50% or more of it's purchase price on the used market![]()
