I tried to post this on a previous thread, but couldn’t get an answer, so sorry I’ve started a fresh one.
I have a 2010 30th Anniversary 1200GSA and the rear TPM is working intermittently. Can someone please post a link for a replacement that will work on my bike please. I have read all the threads I can find, but still not 100% sure what I need. Thanks in advance.

I can’t get them delivered to Uk when I click on the link?
 
Yes, one of each per wheel. They're a lot lighter than the original style so easier to balance. I've used them on my 09 GSA.
 
One advantage of what I linked is the 80° valve, a lot easier to use and less risk of the valve stem breaking

So I bought the TPMS above, and the reset tool. Just had one fitted to the rear. Bike not picking up rear monitor, what is the sequence for using the reset tool? I’ve also been for a 5 mile blast to see if bike picked it up, but no joy.

Hi mate it seems you've got the same problem i had,its not the Aliexpress TPMS that's at fault, you need the OBD2 to code it to the bike,
or thats what i had to do,good luck Baza
 
Yep, you have the sensors and the tool to wake them, you need a GS911 or Motoscan to actually write the new codes to the tpms system.

Thanks Baza, does anyone know where I can get an R2D2, sorry OBD2 from near Cambridge? Or what would a dealer or specialist charge me to do it?
 
It should be enough to just wake up the sensor with the ignition switched on, it should write the code to the ECU especially if you only use one set of wheels.
Your bike can store the codes for 2 sets of sensors ( 4 sensors) .
I Have observed this with a GS911 using it to monitor only and not to delete existing codes.
Hold the wake up tool against the tyre sidewall nearest the valve / sensor you may have to zap it a few times and allow a couple of minutes for it to remove the old code and write the new code.

Hi mate this fella,knows all about the OBD2 and can explain it better than me,he's got some great advice too for the Beemer owner
PS I tried for ages with just the wake up tool,but no joy,but you may have better luck than me,if you where
near the Wirral you could borrow mine for nowt ;-)

So, I changed the sensor months ago, tried the wake up tool, but my bike doesn’t pick it up. I spoke with a BMW specialist near Norwich today and he said it can only be reprogrammed if I still had the original sensor (which I don’t). Also, if I don’t have the original one that was programmed I would have to buy BMW replacements and get BMW to reprogram.
Anyone got any other ideas.
 
I don`t understand why you need the old sensors, Using a GS911 delete the old sensors and wake up the new with a tool.
If you are heading north at any time I am just south of Grantham and would be happy to have a go at it for you.
Could also check out your wake up tool against mine, My GS911 is upgraded to Pro so unlimited vin`s.

Thanks very much, I just sent you a PM.
 
OK so if you only change one sensor (in your case, your rear one) the bike will find the new sensor on it's own after a short ride. It does that on mine, and also two mates have had the same experience. If you change both you DEFINITELY need the wake-up tool and the (in my case) GS-911
I have 2 rear wheels on my GS (long story) and I swap them over, go for a ride, and after a couple of miles, the bike recognizes the different sensor.
I always use Schrader 3141M OEM units from Autodoc,. Only a few quid and you know they will work (less confident with aliexpress stuff
As you have GSA (spoke wheels?) I would also change the valve when you replace the sensor....
