Just fitted a Y piece and Remus Revolution can and was looking for and end to the slight surging that the bike has but no it is still there.
Looking at other posts on the problem I tried some of the easier checks that could be done.
When I measured the TPS voltage it was found to be 437mv.
Most posts recon this should be somewhere around 370 to 400.
Bike has 12k on the clock and is standard except for the new y+can.
Throttle balance is ok but I did have to reduce the tickover speed after fitting the new exhaust.
Brass screws are about half a turn out to give 1100rpm.
Views please.

FWIW, I also believe your voltage is too high. By lowering it you may be able to move your brass by-pass screws out to a more normal 1.5/2 revs out from fully home and achieve a 1100 rpm tickover.

You may find this useful.

Russ.
