If you want ultimate trackday grip Dunlop Sportsmart TT are available in big Adv bike sizes (19/17”) . The rears don’t last long on straight roads & should be run at a fair bit lower pressures than most other road tyre brands (see Dunlop website for guidance) . I ran these on my V4S Multi and the loved being on the side of the tyre with throttle open, unfortunately road use squared the rear off in about 1500ish miles, front hardly looked worn, so probably 2 rears to every front. Another alternative is Dunlop Mutants, lot more wet grip & mileage for not much less grip, same like to be on the side of the tyre feel (on a V4 multi) . Both have stiff carcasses so give lots of steering feel at correct (lower pressures) . Your tyre fitter may curse you.
