F*** 660 
Been messing with it for 2 hours now.... done a route on Road trip on the mac... transferred with no problems to 660
Then tried to transfer a route for the Shropshire bash , which is showing on the map on road trip, and its saying 'transfer complete' but its not showing up on the 660 no matter what I do ... getting very bored with it now
Edit.... just removed the maps completely , then transferred the route back to road trip, then transferred it to the 660 and it seems to have worked.... bloody technology....
