Trying to phone using Cardo

Morning help requiring again,I have my Cardo Bold connected to my Garmin 660 Satnav now the music from Satnav is great and the road instructions clear as day, but when I tried to use the phone it rings home but that’s all, I can’t hear them and they can’t hear me any ideas please
Also if I try just pressing the Cardo phone button it will connect but the interference is horrific

Was the phone bluetooth connecting direct to the Cardo? That would screw things up. Tell the phone bluetooth to "forget" the Cardo

I have just upgraded to a cardo edge from a packtalk. I had my phone paired to the Packtalk on phone 1 and used phone 2 to connect to the sat nav, used to have a Nav VI and now an XT. I had issues initially using the Packtalk to connect using the gps pairing, so read somewhere to treat the nav as another phone and it all worked fine. I have always had my phone connected to both the cardo and the sat nav, reason is I ride other bikes without my nav, so then the phone connects direct to the headset. I have done exactly the same with my edge and again have experienced no issues when calls come in and making calls.

Cheers Casbar,everything works as it should,but when i phone home it throws a fit,looks like a night on Google

silly question i assume you have the phones volume turned up - sat nav & music from it are both independant of the phones volume.

Yes maté the volume is up,the only thing wrong is the interference like you wouldn’t believe

Hi all we’re now all sorted,Cardo through IPhone, clear as a bell,
Cardo through Satnav ,but only on iPhone everything else
