I've had it on since Monday at home and all week in the office at work :D I love that all the adverts are still the same

There's a quiz on now .......I'm just trying to think of a bike that begins with the letter 'K' :D

Is it just me or is the music on Manx Radio TT getting worse?

it's flippin brilliant :D

"Whum whum whum whum waaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA"

Fuck yeah

Shit just seen this

How long before mountain speed limit for TT period?

Indeed it could be the thin end of the wedge and will put some people off going (perhaps a good thing??) but as far as praying for him, if was religious I'd be thanking god the innocent parties are ok:beerjug:

How did you get on?
Are you Merydyth Owen?
No, I'm Andy Lee.

I qualified 17th in the Senior on the Norton but fecked up the start and was 20th on lap one. After a great 4 way battle I eventually finished 10th and won the Newcomers award so am well chuffed, I was the second Norton home and we were the only 2 bikes with drum brakes, all the others were on discs!

In the 850 race I came off the Triumph at Ballakeighan corner, it's a new bike and it was it's first race so there were a few teething problems. When I tested it at Aintree a couple of weeks ago I had severe front brake judder due to a disc not running true. There wasn't time to sort it before the Pre TT event and I had problems throughout qualifying and the race. I was struggling to stop it at every turn and eventually ran wide and dropped it on lap 5. Even so, before crashing, I had got up to 11th place after starting 22nd on the grid, so all things considered not too bad a result.

Here's Youtube clip of the start of the Senior race, I'm number 25, at 15 seconds, turn up your speakers!

Excellent Andy, apart from the crash hope the bike isn't too bad.

I was listening to EVERY minute of both race days, the sounds of those bikes gave me goosebups, brilliant event.

Are you competing in the postTT event at all?
Hopefully meet you on Tuesday

Chris

Sorry Chris, I won't be at the meet-up as I'm now back home! I'm not doing the post TT but I've entered the Manx Grand Prix in August.
Andy.
