this is my old set of TT panniers, not been in use for years.
They are the way I bought them, both sides have got an additional inner Alu sheet on the outside wall.
Doesn’t compromise the function at all.
Not cleaned , they are as they came off…
Hard to find theses days, plenty of keys, really solid and both side have 41l.
Include the fixtures to the frame .
