tumblr arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh help please

i dont know why but i cannot get tumblr i used to have an account and just used to click in and out but for the last 6-9 months i have been unable to get it it just keeps saying fault and diaganose problem ,i cant even get the tumblr site .
i type in tumblr and then nothing ,its so frustrating as i cant understand why i cant even get to the site ..
i am at my wits end

Tumblr works fine on Android and PC.
But I use Opera browser ;-)

Works in my IE but I never use that piece of shit. Try Firefox/Opera/Iron/Chrome

ok update i tried to connect using google chrome and it works dont ask me why i am completley useless on a computer ,so now i have to open google chrome when i want to view it ?

Yes, Seems like it. Opera is also chrome based browsing OS and it works fine on that. Opera and Chrome and others have some much nicer user friendly option compared to IE.
I use Opera 95% of the time. Chrome about 4% and IE 1% I guess. Just ditch IE and Use Chrome or try Opera or another!

Using Opera, I don't have all the ads and clutter on this site and others, a much nicer experience when browsing the net

I'd guess that Tumblr is being blocked by the OP's security system or an IE setting.

Clear browsing history, temporarily disable security and then try typing or pasting in the Tumbler url. If it works reinstate security and rty again. You'll then know if it's IE or your security settings.

+1 on IE; I've used Firefox for years, a lot of free security add-ons available to control adverts, scripts etc.

+1 for Firefox. Had it for about ten years now, no hassles. And if you get yourself on the 'Beta update channel', it will download the latest beta (trial/test version) version automatically. And I've never had any problems with beta versions.
