I've just refitted this IN MOTION tuning chip to my 2002 single spark ADV.
It's running with full Remus and K&N.

The differance in performance is fantastic, it really is like a totally different bike. No more juddering when your in too low a gear it just pulls smoothly straight through it. And at higher up the revs, say in top at 90mph whack the throttle open and again it just takes off and pulls like a train.

A bit hard to tell yet but fuel consumption may be up a bit.

But really I want to know whether it's good for the engine in the long term, it certainly doesn't feel like it's running lean and I would like to keep it in. I've looked at the blurb on their website, although it's written in Austrian  .
Anyone with any real knowledge? :)

Assuming it does effect your fueling, the only way to tell if it'll do any long-term damage to your bike is to visit a dyno and see what's what.

Got a BB chip fitted to mine it was fitted when i bought with 17000 miles on added y-piece,remus race can and k+n it's done 26000 miles since with no problems.Including 5000 miles flat out run to Morocco and back. It's bit heavier on fuel ,last weekend on a run up to john o groats i got 250 miles and the light was on my mates standard one still had 2 bars left that was taking it easy aswell. Can get as low as 200-220 a tank when bootin it :D
Runs great no surging loads of torque same as Tims top end takes off at 90
Had a speed test with Bill on holiday had mine showing 121 mph on the gps fully loaded ;)
