As I'm of work with the sniffles (pig flu paranoia has its benefits, blew my nose once in the office and got today off:thumb2)I've been flicking though the back reaches of the owners book and found you can turn the risers to alter reach, anyone done this?

i've done mine, not a huge difference but if you have nothing else to do do it

You can be surprised how much difference it can make. I played around with both the bar and seat settings until I got the best combi which for me at 6'3" is seat in the high position, bars on the closest to rider. If I turn them around which moves the bars forward an inch I get aches in my forearms. You have to try each combi for a couple of hundred miles.

I've turned them and been for a short wet blast and feels quite good, tilted bars up as well to get my elbows off my knees but wrists at strange angle now back to the shed:thumb, damn snot in my lid though
